This one-of-a-kind Cowl Ruched Tunic has been ice-dyed with low impact fiber reactive colors and is made from a stretchy rayon jersey and has a fitted silhouette. Wear it over pants, leggings, or a skirt. Use the front and back ruched tie-ups to transform this tunic into a dramatic cowl, hood, or off-the-shoulder top.
